The rules and agreements governing the use of the PureAqua platform

1. مقدمة

مرحباً بك في بيور أكوا. باستخدامك لتطبيقنا أو موقعنا الإلكتروني، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. يرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل البدء في استخدام خدماتنا.

2. الحسابات والتسجيل

يجب على المستخدمين تقديم معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة أثناء التسجيل. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية معلومات حسابك ورمز التحقق (OTP) الخاص بك.

3. الكوبونات الرقمية

  • تعتبر الكوبونات الرقمية صالحة للاستخدام من خلال التطبيق فقط.

  • لا يمكن استبدال الكوبونات بمبالغ نقدية بعد إتمام عملية الشراء إلا في حالات التصفية وفقاً لسياسة الشركة.

  • رصيد الكوبونات مرتبط بحساب المستخدم ولا يمكن تحويله لحساب آخر إلا عبر القنوات الرسمية المعتمدة.

4. التعديلات على الشروط

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. سيتم إشعار المستخدمين بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني

Welcome to PureAqua. By using our app or website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before starting to use our services.

2. Accounts and Registration

Users must provide accurate and correct information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and your OTP verification code.

3. Digital Coupons

  • Digital coupons are valid for use through the app only.
  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash after completing the purchase, except in clearance cases according to company policy.
  • The coupon balance is linked to the user's account and cannot be transferred to another account except through officially approved channels.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the app or email.
